Social Manager

Terms of Service

Social Manager ("the Service") is a social media publishing and reporting platform operated by Pro Media Mogul ("we", "us"). By connecting an account, publishing through the Service or receiving its reports you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service does two things for your business. It schedules and publishes the posts you approve to the social accounts you authorise (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube), and it collects performance data from the platforms you authorise (for example your website analytics, e-commerce store, email marketing, link shortener and social media accounts) and compiles it into scheduled reports and dashboards.

2. Your account

Each client business has its own account. You are responsible for keeping your login and any credentials you supply to us confidential and for ensuring you have the right to connect the accounts you connect.

3. Nothing is published until it is approved

Every post is prepared in Social Manager, shown to you on screen exactly as it will appear, and goes out only after it has been approved — first by Pro Media Mogul and then by you. A post whose time passes without both approvals is marked as missed and is never sent late on its own. The Service publishes only content prepared for your own account; it does not edit or delete content it did not publish.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, images and words you supply, and you confirm that you have the right to publish them and that they meet the rules of the platform they are posted to. You may ask us to withdraw a scheduled post at any time before it goes out.

5. Data

Apart from publishing what you have approved, the Service only reads data. Data is used solely to publish your posts and produce your reports, and is not sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Disconnecting

You may revoke the Service’s access to any connected platform at any time from that platform’s settings or by asking us; we will then stop publishing to it and stop collecting from it, and delete the stored tokens.

7. YouTube

The Service uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy also applies. Our own use of YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and liability

Publishing and reporting depend on third-party platforms and their APIs. We do our best to deliver posts on time and reports that are accurate, but we cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of third-party platforms, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the reports.
